Client called, says she had a water heater leak and she said the floor needs to be stripped, base boards need to come up, needs new grout, needs to be re-sealed etc.
How would you go about doing a job like this? It sounds like it may be out of my league and I understand that you need to have education to do these things but i would like someone to explain how to do it if they can.
