(mostly cause I was slackin' big time last week)
sooooo... I've been a white hot flurry of activity today.
wrote up specs for a $50k rehab this morning
will have another done today (if i don't get lazy and push it off til tomorrow) appx $39k of work on this one
Prebid tomorrow (walk contractors thru the home and cover work scope details/questions) ... $41K job
couple inspections and close outs coming this week

We're having a hell of time getting contractors to prebids they have so much work and are buried .
I have a million to spend and having a hard time finding legit contractors that aren't too busy come get it

Phones are still down. Major outage across Canada by my carrier. I know I lost one $500 job so far, had a couple of hang ups and garbled messages. The phone will work one minute then down again. Same for the data. They're gonna owe me some money. Time for a new carrier if I don't get anything.

We are booked out a month because we’re down a truck and it’s supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow. We had outside work scheduled so have to shift things around a bit. Spring has never been my favorite
